The Consortium of National Law Universities has officially released the first sample paper for CLAT-UG 2025. The sample paper -1 is now available on the official CLAT website, and candidates can download it by logging in with their registered credentials.
If you’re preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scheduled on December 1, 2024, this is a valuable resource to help you understand the format of the actual exam. Practising the sample paper will give you a clear idea of what to expect, including the types of questions, the marking scheme, and the overall difficulty level.
The CLAT-UG exam consists of 120 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark. Keep in mind, that there’s a negative marking system, where 0.25 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. The total duration of the exam is 2 hours, so time management is crucial.
